When the sun goes down, we play the music that we need. annemarie. We have special interest in a beautiful genre and scene. We performed a group to write songs, play gigs and record some songs.
Socialism and idealism gave birth to a legendary label who had brought us the influence like Acid House Kings, Red Sleeping Beauty, and other tweepop band. Pop is plastic not wooden. So vintage, retro, and colorfull. So don’t comb your hair, use your jeans or corduroy, sweater, and pair of trousers, smokin’ cigs, don’t sleep at night, so twiggy, modern bob, and also anorexic look.
You can dance if you like the music, or you can sit and just hang around with us. Wake up guys, don’t forget to bring some juice, beer, cigs, or the coffee. Shake your body follow the beat, so join us into our popscene. Poprules!

Solitude & Company
Solitude & Company was formed in Umeå 2001 by the singer/songwriters Evelina Johansson and Kicki Fagerlund. After a while bassplayer Marcus Hedkvist joined the band. The band recorded a song "Tear us apart" for cd-complication "She's got the beat". A selftitled 6-track demo was released shortly after.
After have tried some different bandconstallations and the loss of two drummerboys to Norway, Solitude & Company finally found a steady foundation to work with when Sara Anderson, a pianist, and David Franzén, drums, joined the band. Marcus Hedkvist left the band in May 05.
The sound of Solitude & Company has gone from beeing melancolic jazzpop to become sweet popsongs and romantic outbursts.

Black Light Co.
This is a new band from northern Sweden. They sounds like a blend
of good bands like Pedro the Lion, Red House Painters and Songs: Ohia.
Things that also inspires the band are: snow&winter, twilight, cold,
the never-setting-sun in summer, girls, angst, melancholy, paranoia,
out-of-place:ness, words, good songs and people.

The San Marinos
"During the last few years the Swedish popscene has been the best in the world and a big source of inspiration. The duo, The San Marinos from Stockholm loves it and a lot more. Daniel likes Motown- and Phillysoul, disco, The Clash, early New Order and Belle & Sebastian. Anna likes old jazz and reggae.
For the lyrics that Anna has written she has also been inspired by political meetings, for example the Europe Social Forum in Florens, where half a million demonstrated against war."
